In the ancient tapestry of Chinese mysticism, the cosmos is woven from five sacred elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each element holds a unique essence and a profound connection to our emotional states.   > “Ya Nur, illuminate my path and lighten the burdens I carry.”

- As the flame flickers, visualize the light transforming anxiety into courage, reshaping your resolve.

**Healing Essence:** Grounding, Balance
