The Spiritual Geography of the Hand

As we complete this six-part journey into palmistry, we arrive at the Mounts — the elevated pads of flesh under each finger and at the base of the palm. Ancient mystics believed these to be planetary altars, where cosmic forces meet human consciousness.

Each mount reflects a planetary archetype — its strength, purpose, and imbalance shaping your destiny, talents, and karmic lessons.

1. Mount of Venus — The Garden of Love

Located at the base of the thumb.

  • Prominent: Romantic warmth, artistic vitality, deep appreciation of life.
  • Flat or weak: Emotional coldness or spiritual fatigue.

2. Mount of Jupiter — The Seat of Ambition

Beneath the index finger.
